TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms apply to every order placed with Amble.

1. WHO WE ARE

2. ORDERS AND PRICES

Your order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation email. All prices are in euros and include VAT; delivery costs are shown before you pay. Payment is made in advance at checkout, securely via Mollie with iDEAL | Wero, card or Klarna. You must be 18 or older to order. Small differences in colour or shape compared to the photos are part of the character of our flowers.

3. DELIVERY

We currently ship within the Netherlands only. If your order arrives later than 30 days, you may cancel it free of charge. See our Delivery page for details.

4. RETURNS

Not quite right for your space? You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. This does not apply to custom-made pieces, such as bespoke wedding or event arrangements. See our Returns page for how it works, including the model withdrawal form.

Please return your item unused, in the condition you received it and in its original packaging, well wrapped. You may look at it as you would in a shop, but if it has been used beyond that, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund. If we provide a return label, please use it.

5. QUALITY AND COMPLAINTS

Your statutory rights always apply: if a product is faulty, we will repair or replace it, or refund you. Damage from water, direct sunlight or heat is not covered (see our Care Guide). Something not right? Email contact@ambleflower.com with your order number and we will reply within 14 days.

6. DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes are personal, valid once and cannot be exchanged for cash, unless stated otherwise. Misuse may lead to your order being cancelled.

7. LIABILITY AND LAW

Our liability is limited to the value of your order, as far as the law allows. We are not responsible for the content of websites we link to. Dutch law applies.

8. PRIVACY POLICY

We only collect what we need, we keep it safe, and we never sell it.

What we collect and why

When you order: your name, address, email, phone number and order details, so we can deliver your order and keep our administration.

When you contact us or sign up for our newsletter: your name and email address, so we can reply or send you updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

When you visit our website: basic technical data through cookies, so the shop works and we can improve it. See our Cookie Policy below.

Payments are handled by Mollie. We never see or store your card or bank details.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice data for 7 years, as required by Dutch law. Everything else only as long as needed, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing contact@ambleflower.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

What we use

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use:

  • Functional cookies – needed for the site to work, such as keeping items in your shopping cart, checkout and remembering your cookie choice. These are always on.
  • Statistics cookies – help us see how the site is used. Only with your consent.
  • Marketing and third-party cookies – placed by embedded content such as videos. Only with your consent.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time below, or delete cookies in your browser settings.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies.
