We want you to love your bouquet. If something is not right, we are here to make it right.
Start a return14-day window
You have 14 days from receiving your order to initiate a return. After this period we are unable to accept returns.
Original condition
The bouquet must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all labels and materials included.
Contact us first
Email us with your order number to begin. We will guide you through the next steps and approve your return.
Send it back
Once approved, send the item back using tracked shipping to ensure safe delivery to us.
Your refund
After we receive and inspect the return, we process your refund within up to 30 business days.
To keep our bouquets at the highest standard, we are unable to process returns in the following cases.
Items that have been used or altered in any way
Products showing signs of damage or not suitable for resale
Returns missing original packaging, labels, or materials
Items returned after the 14-day return period
We will make it right.
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will resolve it with a replacement or a full refund — no questions asked.
